From the Owner

At Cajun Connection Cafe, in Franklin, NC, our dishes are authentically prepared with cajun spices and seasonings. All of our dishes are homemade and prepared to order. Serving lunch and dinner (we are closed Sundays), our menu has a broad range of options so you are sure to find something for everyone in your group. New Orleans cuisine is how the Cajun Connection began in 2003. This flavorful food is often thought of as hot and spicy, but it's actually about the flavor. As our saying goes, "It ain't about the heat, it's about the flavor!" This flavor is brought out by proper cooking techniques using herbs, fresh seafood and vegetables. Some of our menu items include; fresh oysters on the half shell, gulf shrimp, gumbo, creole, red beans, blue crab soup, blue crab cakes, chicken and pasta dishes, pork chops and po-boy sandwiches plus much, much more!

We strongly recommend 'Cajun Connection' for an evening out, or for a unique spin on lunch. Our favorites have to be the fried shrimp basket (with cajun seasoning) or the cajun sampler of gumbo, jumbalaya and red beans & rice! If you're looking for seafood, this is the place!
