We highly recommend Fat Buddies Ribs & BBQ, Franklin, NC to anyone looking for a unique dining experience with great southern BBQ and friendly service.  If you're a NASCAR fan, you'll love it even more.  Chuck & Judy have done a fantastic job of decorating their restaurant with a wide selection of race memorabilia.  
We recommend the bar-b-que ribs! 

The Local Directions

Easily accessed in the 'Westgate Plaza' in Franklin, NC.  Coming from the South?  Look for the Lowes sign on the left hand side of U.S. Hwy 441 North just as you top the first hill in Franklin.  Here, you'll be at the second stop light since entering Franklin.  Take a left here and continue straight and down a small hill past Lowes (on your left).  This will also take you by the backside of Kmart.  As you come to the front of Kmart, take a left into the first entrance to the shopping center and find Fat Buddies straight ahead and in the corner.
