Description

The 2012 Old Miss 1886 Craft Festival will feature artists from all over the Southeast gathering just a mile south of Cherokee, NC to display, demonstrate and sell their hand crafted works of art. Visitors will find stone and wood carvers, blacksmiths, jewelers, gourd artists as well as Appalachian crafters and authors. One of the most looked forward to events of the summer! This event also is free to attend.

 

The Local Directions

The Old Mill is located on U.S. Hwy 441 just 1.5 miles south of the Cherokee Indian Reservation and 2 miles south of Harrah's Cherokee Casino.
