Peppermint Patti's Ice Cream & Sweets in Franklin NC is home for your sweet tooth with over 20 flavors of hand dipped ice cream! Come visit us at our new spacious location on the Highlands Road with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.  We are open every year from March 3 - November 30th... celebrating 5 fabulous years serving Franklin NC!
Inside we have a lot of great seating and greenery, paired with a relaxing & soothing atmosphere!  Be sure to stop by the 'world's smallest gift shop' and our 'gnome weather station'!  
Outdoors enjoy our sunset gazebo, rocking porch, picnic tables and grassy areas.  There is even a doggie bar area for our furry friends. 
We also have spacious parking for your convenience - biker friendly too!
Peppermint Patti's is open 7 days a week plus holidays.  Our new expanded menu includes our famous homemade waffle cones, no sugar added ice creams, no fat/no cholesterol frozen yogurt, sundaes, delicious milk-shakes, banana splits, candies, fudge and more!
We also have many beverages to choose from like smoothies, Polar Bear coffees/espresso/cappuccinos, floats and sodas.

We highly recommend the homemade waffle cones and waffle bowls!  They add the perfect touch to any ice cream!
